What does it take to be an effective co-op director?

The Director Leadership Workshops will provide the training and skills development you need to creatively meet the financial, strategic and governance challenges that every cooperative faces.

Whether you are a new board member wanting to better understand your responsibilities, or an experienced director wanting to further develop your skills, the Director Leadership Workshops will help you grow as an effective co-op director.
