                           Overcoming Distance
		  ******************

A Seminar on the potential of Electronic Networking for 
overcoming distance and the possibilities of using distance 
learning for Co-operative Education, Human Resource 
Development and Communications will be held at the ILO  
in Geneva on 17 September. Aspects covered will include 
interactive and distance learning, networking, using the 
Internet for research and lobbying and mobilising people
