-   Consumer Committee of ICA ROAP meets in Kuala Lumpur. 
     Mr. H. Tanaka is elected as the Chairperson of the Consumer
     Committee, while Mr. Ohya retires.

-    HRD Committee of ICA ROAP meets in Kuala Lumpur, adopts 
      the new Constitution and renames itself as the Committee on 
      Human Resources Development and Research.

-     Fisheries Committee of ICA ROAP meets in Kuala Lumpur.
