The International Co-operative Alliance is an independent, non-
governmental association, which units, represents and serves co-
operatives worldwide.

				Our Mission

The ICA as a universal representative of co-operative organisations 
of all kinds, shall have the following objectives:

a) to promote the world co-operative movement, based upon mutual 
	self-help and democracy;

b)	to promote and protect co-operative values and principles;

c)	to further the economic and social progress of people, 
	thereby contributing to international peace and security.
