Caring elected Chairperson of VICTO

Ms. Caridad Arquila Maadil, lovingly called `Caring' has been elected as the Chairperson of Visayas Co-operative Development Center (VICTO).

VICTO is one of the affiliates of National Confederation of Co-operatives (NATCCO, inc. in the Philippines, an ICA member organisation).
