Regional Conference on Women

The ICA ROAP Gender project will organise a Regional Conference on Women in 
Decision Making in Co-operatives in May, 1997. The Conference will be held 
in Manila, Philippines from 7 to 9 May.

The Conference will discuss the state of Women participation in Leadership 
in the global perception and review the Regional situation. The conference is also 
deputed to produce a plan of action for the future.

Asian Women s Co-operative Forum will collaborate with the ICA ROAP to organise 
the conference.
