NCBA is an umbrella trade association for both agriculture and consumer cooperatives. For over

Volunteers in Overseas Cooperative Assistance (VOCA)
VOCA in partnership with the U.S. State Department (USAID) recruits volunteers to provide
technical assistance to cooperatives in developing countries. Changes in Eastern Europe and the
